I started building a 7' on Monday December 1st but was unable to finish because my hiking partner (my dog) decided chacing deer was more fun than igloo building. Silly Guy. Lol
So I got out and finished it up today December 6th
So here a couple of pictured of where I left it and the finish product.
These are where I left off:
And the finished product
I am hoping that it is still usable come next weekend as a couple of us are going camping.
And the weather for a couple of days is suppose to +5C

Re: 5 Days Later
Nice shape on the igloo, especially with letting it set that long before finishing it. Nice that it didn't say much during that time. By your one picture it looks like the last block only sag a couple inches at most.
With the leaves mixed in the snow too. Sun on anything dark mixed into the wall causes some pretty severe sagging if the sun is warm at all.
Hope it lasted for your campout.
